A fair consequence in my opinion would be that the murder has a jail time of 15 years. In this time he will be put to session in which he will reflect his action, where he will be either rewarded or punished for his or her reflections. Severe punishment may be an option if the prisoner does not comply. This may include put in the “hole”, which is what they call it when prisoners are sent to cells where there is no light.
